As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing our boutique’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Presenting and explaining merchandise, offering tailored recommendations to suit customer preferences.
• Welcoming and engaging with customers in a warm, professional manner.
• Supporting customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through expert advice and premium-level service.
• Identifying customer needs and providing detailed product knowledge, features, and services.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or fashion sales, ideally within a 5-star hotel boutique or a luxury/high-end clothing brand.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong sales skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Well-groomed appearance and a keen sense of style appropriate for a luxury environment.
