The Opportunity

We are expanding our team and seeking a Clinical Sales Specialist to join our Cardiology Department in Thessaloniki. This role combines sales and clinical support responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, field-based role, working closely with healthcare professionals and surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during procedures.
• Ensure correct and optimal use of surgical products.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with physicians and hospital staff.
• Deliver engaging product presentations to medical professionals and key decision-makers.
• Prepare detailed activity and visit reports.
• Collaborate closely with the wider sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in clinical sales and support (medical devices or consumables) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel across Greece and occasionally abroad.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.
• Fast learner with a dynamic, problem-solving mindset.
• Team player with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A university degree in a relevant field will be considered a plus.
• Completion of military service (for male applicants).
