We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Revenue Manager to optimize pricing, maximize market share, and drive top-line revenue growth. This role focuses on analyzing demand, managing distribution channels, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. This is a full-time on-site role located in Athens.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies: Implement dynamic pricing models based on market demand.
- Forecast demand patterns: Create daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Monitor market trends: Conduct regular competitive analyses to identify market shifts.
- Manage distribution channels: Optimize inventory across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct channels.
- Lead strategy meetings: Collaborate weekly with sales, marketing, and general management teams.
- Analyze key metrics: Track performance indicators like RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy Rate.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of revenue management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Analytical skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data and spreadsheets.
- Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
