Our 2026 hiring season is open and we are seeking a Guest Relations Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day guest interactions, support the guest relations team, and ensure service standards are followed throughout the guest journey.
Position: Guest Relations Supervisor
Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract
Location: Corfu, Greece
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day guest relations operations and supporting the Guest Relations Manager in delivering exceptional service standards. You will work closely with the team on the floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent service quality, and immediate response to guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Guest Relations operations and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Support and guide Guest Relations Agents during daily operations
- Act as an escalation point for guest issues and assist in resolving complaints efficiently
- Welcome and assist VIP, repeat, and special-occasion guests, ensuring proper recognition
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Ensure guest preferences and special requests are accurately recorded and followed through
- Monitor guest feedback and report recurring issues to the Guest Relations Manager
- Ensure team grooming, etiquette, and service behavior align with 5-star standards
- Assist in on-the-job training and mentoring of new team members
- Support sustainability initiatives and ensure team awareness of environmental practices

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in Guest Relations or Front Office, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Experience in a supervisory or senior agent role is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- A polished, professional appearance in line with luxury hospitality standards
