ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the trade and import of furniture equipment, is growing and expanding its operations. As part of this continuous development, the company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Consultant to join its team and contribute to the company’s strategic business development.

Sales Consultant (6032/SC/ESS/GR)

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the company’s growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, developing B2B partnerships, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients across the construction, architectural, and design sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships within the B2B market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, construction companies, consultants, and hotel chains.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
  • Present the company’s product portfolio and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Plan and organize business meetings, client visits, and professional travel when required.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Monitor order progress and ensure timely and efficient customer service.
  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, proposing new products or solutions accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s expansion strategy.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, client activity, and profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and professional trade fairs.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in technical or commercial roles.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, construction materials, or related industry solutions.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent English (C1 level).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical and results-oriented thinking.
  • Team-oriented attitude with willingness to travel for business purposes.
