Payroll Specialist

Job Description

  • Manage the full payroll cycle of employees
  • Handle submissions and systems such as APD, ERGANI, EFKA, SEPE
  • Manage contracts, leaves, overtime, shifts, and terminations
  • Monitor and manage employee time tracking
  • Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department on payroll and accounting matters

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll (in-house experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labor & social security legislation
  • Experience with payroll ERP systems (e.g. Epsilon Net)
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Discretion and professionalism
