Clinics Operation Manager (6179/COM/ESS/GR)
Requirements
- Organize and oversee the operation of each clinic and supervise staff on-site
- Manage communication with suppliers and vendors for consumables, equipment, and machinery
- Inventory management; monitor supply levels and take action when needed
- Ensure operational standards (ex. signage, protocols, and regulatory approvals are in place)
- Coordinate with organizational departments to align personnel, logistics, and clinic resources
- Conduct final checks prior to clinic launch to guarantee readiness
- Prepare for upcoming clinics
- Drive ongoing improvements by contributing to SOP reviews, leveraging staff feedback, and cultivating a strong learning culture
