IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer

IT Pro Services is a growing Greek IT services company operating as a Managed Service Provider.

We design, implement, and support IT infrastructures for business customers, delivering integrated solutions across IT Infrastructure, System Integration, Cloud, and Security.

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an IT Support & Infrastructure Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of customer IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of customer IT infrastructures
• Manage and support Microsoft-based environments (on-prem, hybrid & cloud)
• Perform onsite support visits to customer locations when required
• Handle support issues and troubleshooting across customer IT environments
• Participate in the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of IT infrastructure projects
• Support a variety of technologies including networking, security, backup, and IP PBX systems
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security and backup policies
• Work closely with the rest of the support and engineering team

Requirements

• Good understanding of IT fundamentals
• Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure – level depending on experience)
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in networking and IT security
• Willingness to learn and work with a wide range of technologies
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
