As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience begins with a warm welcome and seamless check-in. You will provide exceptional service, handle guest inquiries efficiently, and coordinate with other departments to deliver unforgettable stays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide guests with accurate information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
