As a Customer Support Specialist your main responsibilities include :

• Process all phone orders within the company’s system
• Keep track of customer orders as well as ensure their completion
• Answer queries and provide exceptional customer support through phone and email  
• Handle several back office and data entry responsibilities 
• Process returns (e.g. from selection deliveries)
• Invoicing of the different types (selection, consignment, normal)
• Maintain customer master data in ERP & CRM system

The Customer Support Specialist should have :

• University Degree
• Exceptional communication skills
• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• ERP knowledge
• Team spirit, collaborative approach and with multi-tasking abilities
