Sales Complaints Agent (Thessaloniki)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints related to external sales channels and internal call center operations, ensuring timely and compliant resolution.
  • Handle complaints submitted through regulatory bodies (Consumer Ombudsman, RAE) and personal data inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Customer Care and internal departments to investigate cases and provide official responses.
  • Communicate with customers and partners to gather information, clarify issues and propose solutions.
  • Monitor, record and maintain complaint data, documentation and correspondence in CRM and internal systems.
  • Review sales call recordings and evaluate responses from sales channels to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Process, verify and manage customer supply contracts and related documentation.
  • Provide operational support to external agents, internal teams and customers via email and phone.
  • Prepare reports, updates and tracking lists for internal stakeholders.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures
