Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Orthopedic Rehabilitation

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for orthopedic cases to join our rehabilitation team and support physiotherapists in the treatment of orthopedic cases. The successful candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans and preparing treatment areas and equipment.

The position involves working within a team of 15 professionals, assisting patients in improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting their functional recovery through structured rehabilitation programs.

Requirements

• Graduate of IEK or ΕΠΑΛ, or Diploma in Physiotherapy Assistant – Accredited by the Greek Ministry of Education (EOPPEP – Level 5).
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and patients.
• Good command of the English language.
• Massage experience prior to manual therapy will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills & Abilities

• Physical stamina and ability to assist with patient movement and manual handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during treatment sessions.
• Attention to detail when documenting patient progress.

Work Conditions

• Full-time position
• Full-time schedule: (40 hours/week) 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
• Location: Based in Marousi
