Orenda is a rapidly growing machinery manufacturer in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki. We are looking for a Customer Order Assistant who will be part of our continuous growing team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately via email and chat.
- Prepare and issue commercial documents through our management system.
- Coordinate and manage import–export processes and related documentation.
- Support the sales team with order tracking, quotations, and customer follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
