Business to Business project
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Account Management of partners, providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via email or telephone or other communication channels
- Drive sales opportunities to meet quota and forecast
- Offer a solutions-based sales approach to drive business and increase margin through up-selling and cross-selling, where appropriate
- Liaise with other internal departments and external parties to ensure that partner opportunities are fully realized
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress from initial reseller enquiry, right through to customer delivery
- Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis
- Assess opportunities for partner growth, planning and reporting to achieve growth within a self-negotiated timeframe
Requirements:
- Solid B2B Sales background
- Knowledge of the Channel market landscape
- Good presentation and strong communication skills
- Sound business acumen and commercial mindset
- Target and goal orientated
- Reliability and ability to work toward objectives
- Eager, quick learner with strong team-work spirit
- IT literacy skills with high interest in technology
- Flexibility in prioritizing the workload
- Ability to handle unique situations confidently & solve problems quickly and effectively by critically analyzing relevant information
- Highly self-driven, able to handle project tasks with minimal direction or supervision
Benefits package:
- Indefinite contract
- Fixed shifts: Monday to Friday
- Monthly salary: 1.300€ gross
- Welcome Bonus: 150€ gross every month for the first 12 months in the company
- Performance Bonus: up to 750€ (paid quarterly)
