Receptionists
Be the welcoming face of our 5-star resort! We’re
looking for receptionists who are friendly, detail-oriented, and can provide a
warm and professional greeting to our guests.
Requirements:
- 2-3
years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury hotel
- Excellent
communication skills and customer service mindset
- Fluent
in Greek and English; knowledge of a third language (preferably Russian or
German) will be considered a significant advantage
- Proficiency
in hotel management software is a plus
- Ability
to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Provide
concierge services and assist guests with any requests or inquiries
- Handle
guest complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate
with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Maintain
an organized and welcoming reception area
Porter
Be the welcoming face of our 5-star resort! We’re
looking for porters who are friendly, detail-oriented, and can provide a warm
and professional greeting to our guests.
The candidate must have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of
relevant experience in hospitality or hotel operations
- Verbal and written fluency
in English and Greek; knowledge of a third language is considered an advantage
- Friendly, helpful, and
customer-oriented personality
- Team player with the
ability to work within a multifunctional environment
- Self-motivated and
results-driven
- Responsible and
well-organized
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage
and provide porter services professionally
- Ensure smooth and timely
delivery of items to guest rooms or other hotel areas
- Maintain cleanliness and
organization of luggage and storage areas
- Collaborate with other
hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
