International Channel Manager
Role Overview / About the Role
This role is part of the International Key Account Team and reports directly to the Key Account Director.
Regular, general job responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and international retail networks in collaboration with the local country teams
- Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts
- Drive the achievement of sales targets across assigned markets and channels
- Represent the company and its product portfolio in line with brand and commercial standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
- Follow up on day-to-day commercial and operational activities, develop and execute strategic account plans
- Manage commercial agreements and maintain accurate records of terms and conditions
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategy, oversee budget management, and analyze customer performance
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, supply chain, finance)
- Identify growth opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
- Maintaining effective collaboration and communication with internal departments
