International Channel Manager

Role Overview / About the Role

This role is part of the International Key Account Team and reports directly to the Key Account Director.

Regular, general job responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and international retail networks in collaboration with the local country teams
  • Lead and negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts
  • Drive the achievement of sales targets across assigned markets and channels
  • Represent the company and its product portfolio in line with brand and commercial standards
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
  • Follow up on day-to-day commercial and operational activities, develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Manage commercial agreements and maintain accurate records of terms and conditions
  • Ensure compliance with pricing strategy, oversee budget management, and analyze customer performance
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, supply chain, finance)
  • Identify growth opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
  • Maintaining effective collaboration and communication with internal departments

Place of work:

Athens (flexibility for travelling)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector
  • Experience in key account negotiations
  • Willingness to travel (this role requires up to 50% travel)
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership
  • Customer-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
  • Valid driving license (Category B)
  • Experience working with retail chains is an advantage
