High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all. Each hotel is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature, inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.

Key responsibilities:

• Organizing, supervising and training the team
• Coordinator and supervise daily restaurant tasks
• Work closely with the restaurant manager
• Monitoring stock and inventory
• Ensure guest are served within specified time
• Focusing in customer service and satisfaction
• Ensure that hotel brand standards are implemented

Best candidate’s profile:

• 2 years minimum experience within a hotel environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
• Experience working at F&B department
• Knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
• Organizational, communicational and leadership skills, teamwork
• Pleasant personality
