Restaurant Captain

Key responsibilities:
- Organizing, supervising and training the team
- Coordinator and supervise daily restaurant tasks
- Work closely with the restaurant manager
- Monitoring stock and inventory
- Ensure guest are served within specified time
- Focusing in customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure that hotel brand standards are implemented
