Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational company within the paper industry for a professional to cover the following position based in Thessaloniki:

 

Sales Representative 

 

The role incumbent will report to the Sales Manager.

 

Job Description

·       Grows business by identifying potential accounts and negotiates with them new agreements

·       Develops long-lasting relationships with customers aiming to further develop the existing portfolio

·       Ensures the timely and the successful high quality service delivery by providing accurate and accounting to customer’s needs solutions

·       Operates as the lead contact person for all the matters that concern the accounts he/she controls

·       Works closely with all the internal stakeholders to satisfy the customer’s expectations

·       Prepares reports in a weekly base regarding the activities done within this period

·       Forecasts and tracks the accounts metrics including sales, profitability and provides information about the accounts status to abide by work safety rules, to use personnel protection equipment and to make them used

·       Increases customer penetration and sales percentages of firms

·       Represents the firm according to its vision

·       Follows order flow of customers, status and financial portraits of firms 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

·       University degree

·       At least two (2) years of experience in corrugated board sector at sales position

·       Fluency in Greek and English language

·       Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

·       Strategic thinking with sound understanding of sales processes/tools and financial issues

·       Advanced communication, interpersonal and influencing skills

·       Strong numerical and analytical skills

·       Business thinking and results orientation

·       Problem solving and decision making ability

·       Proactive thinking, creativity and personal achievement drive

·       Ability for extensive travelling
