At Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, we're seeking an Executive Secretary to join our team in Crete, Greece.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our C-Level executive in a dynamic and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle phone calls and provide assistance as needed.
- Offer high-level administrative support to our executive team.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Liaise with clients when necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks such as drafting letters, reports, and presentations.
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize tasks, and distribute information accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digitally and physically.
- Manage and update executive calendars and agendas.
- Undertake any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College degree required (University degree preferred).
- Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office administration and record keeping.
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office or similar software.
