Espresso Machine Technician

As an espresso machine technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality performance and maintenance of our espresso machines, providing our customers with outstanding coffee experiences. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of espresso machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to espresso machines, including but not limited to pumps, grinders, boilers, and electrical components.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to service calls from our customers and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate machine installations and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including parts used and repairs completed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an espresso machine technician or similar role.
- Strong understanding of espresso machine mechanics, including pump systems, grinding mechanisms, and heating elements.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing espresso machines, including electrical components.
- Solid knowledge of coffee extraction, brewing parameters, and grinder calibration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations, as needed.
