Optimal HR Group on behalf of its client, a leading international Italian company which produce, package, and promote kiwi, is looking to recruit a General Manager, based in Thessaloniki.
The General Manager will be responsible for planning company’s set up and for designing, coordinating and implementing company’s Strategy in Greek Market both for commercial development but also for setting up strategic alliances with agricultural associations and local producers.
Responsibilities
• Setting up company’s operation in Greece
• Effective running of all departments
• Designing and implementing company’s strategy in Greek market
• Setting up and maintaining alliances with agricultural association and with major producers/growers
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationship with local key clients
• Cooperating effectively with company’s top management around the world
• Partial P&L responsibility (there will be a President of the BoD with legal responsibility of the company)
• Development & management of Annual Business Plans, key activities, priorities and risks
• Able to inspire and develop staff
