As part of the Help Desk Team, the IT Support Engineer will work in a complex and demanding environment with over 1000+ users and more than 80 remote locations where systems and network stability is our everyday target.
Job duties:
- Users Support in Headquarters and our remote locations by resolving requests from our ticketing system
- Properly escalating unresolved inquiries to the next level of onsite support or creating tickets to integrators
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues of corporate PCs and laptops.
