Non-Contentious Yacht Lawyer Opportunity to work with a leading superyacht consultancy firm.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting on a range of non-contentious yachting matters, including but not limited to:
- Yacht sale & purchase agreements
- Charter agreements
- Management & crewing agreements
- Charter licensing
- Incorporation of vessel owning companies and branches
- Vessel registrations & flag compliance Experience in yacht finance would be an advantage
Profile
- Mid-level PQE (non-contentious yachting / shipping preferred).
- Strong drafting skills, commercial acumen, and client-focused approach essential.
- Fluency in Greek and English necessary.
- English or Greek qualified lawyer
