Key responsibilities:
As an Assistant Accountant, you will:
- Collect, review, and process all commercial/trading invoices and supporting documents
- Record and post invoices and related documents into the ERP system (SoftOne mandatory)
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries for commercial transactions
- Support monthly reconciliations and reporting for the commercial accounts
- Ensure compliance with MyData submission requirements
- Assist senior accountants in maintaining orderly accounting records
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and Word for internal purposes
