ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client a global leader in specialty chemical distribution, is seeking a professional for the position of Customer Service Representative to join its team.

Customer Service Representative (6191/CSR/RS/GR)

Position Summary:

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Greek subsidiary of our client by monitoring the full order cycle and ensuring smooth customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to collect order details, confirm specifications, and provide updates.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner in the internal system.
• Support the sales process by following up on offers and customer requests.
• Handle basic customer inquiries regarding products, orders, invoices and delivery schedules.
• Control receivables, to ensure on-time payments.
• Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the database.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach.

• 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with CRM and order processing systems; knowledge of SoftOne is considered an asset.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational abilities, work independence and initiative.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Customer-centric approach combined with problem-solving skills.
