Customer Service Representative (6191/CSR/RS/GR)
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Greek subsidiary of our client by monitoring the full order cycle and ensuring smooth customer relations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to collect order details, confirm specifications, and provide updates.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner in the internal system.
- Support the sales process by following up on offers and customer requests.
- Handle basic customer inquiries regarding products, orders, invoices and delivery schedules.
- Control receivables, to ensure on-time payments.
- Cooperate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the database.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach.
