ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company with export activities in more than 100 countries, is seeking for a Research & Development Manager to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.


                                                              Research & Development Manager (Ref. 4871/RDM/ESS/CY)


Responsibilities:


• Manage, coordinate and finalise development projects for new products and the improvement of existing ones in compliance with cGMP, existing processes and relevant guidelines within the required timelines and budget.
• Coordinate team members from other departments assigned to each project for the execution of task according to schedule.
• Review, assign tasks, provide information and monitor outside contractors.
• Liaise with Regulatory Affairs to manage the time frames for submissions to regulatory agencies or customers.
• Prepare regular project summary reports on goal achievement.
• Manage the day-to-day and routine activities of the departments.
• Identify, hire, develop and retain talents in the departments reporting to him/her.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or relevant degree.
• MBA will be considered as an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong time management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent Business and Analytic Acumen.
• High level of integrity & ethical standards.
• Great cross functional collaborator who sets the company first.
• Results-oriented while focusing on the “journey” too.
• Ability to balance rigour with speed when decisions are to be made and challenge with support when leading/coaching.
• Commanding, visionary, affiliative, pacesetting, coaching.
