We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Scientist to join our Analytical Research and Development team. This is a junior-level position, ideal for an early‑career science professional eager to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research and development within a GMP‑regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of stability studies for under development drug products, in line with approved stability protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g. ICH).
- Perform routine analytical testing of stability samples using established methods.
- Support investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) stability results under supervision
- Assist in the preparation of stability reports and data packages for internal reviews or regulatory submissions.
- Participate in laboratory housekeeping activities, including equipment cleaning, and inventory checks.
- Support calibration, qualification, and basic troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP principles, Quality Management System guidelines, and established procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory environment.
