As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a vibrant luxury hospitality environment while supporting the marketing and communications team in various projects and daily tasks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to a leading international hotel brand, helping to craft compelling stories and campaigns that showcase the hotel’s distinctiveness.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and digital content.

·         Support social media management by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and researching trends.

·         Help coordinate press releases, media outreach, and event logistics.

·         Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

·         Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day marketing operations.

·         Collaborate with different hotel departments to gather content and insights.

Requirements

·         Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

·         Strong interest in luxury hospitality and brand storytelling.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek language skills are a plus.

·         Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.

·         Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

·         Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
