Head of Production (Ref. 6126/PD/ESS/GR)
Position Overview
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, supervising production staff, and ensuring the highest product quality standards, in line with company policies and in close collaboration with relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to agreed timelines.
- Manage and monitor production staff, including hands-on involvement in shift planning and scheduling.
- Allocate responsibilities and conduct performance evaluations of production personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Monitor and continuously improve production methods and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Identify, address, and resolve any production-related issues.
