Our firm is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for expanding our client portfolio, building long-term relationships, and promoting our consulting services to organizations seeking to strengthen their resilience, compliance, and governance posture.
The successful executive will work closely with our senior consultants and practice leads to position the firm as the partner of choice for organizations navigating complex regulatory and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors (private enterprise, public sector, all industries).
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature as of his/her areas of responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and C-suite clients stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with technical consultants to articulate the value of our services
- Collaborate with marketing & sales company team to adjust marketing & sales strategy & tactics
- Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline reporting
