Περιγραφή

We are an established consulting firm headquartered in Athens, Greece, with a European and international reach. We have been delivering software solutions and high-level, fully customized consulting services to private, public, and government sector clients across all domains.

 Our firm is looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role responsible for expanding our client portfolio, building long-term relationships, and promoting our consulting services to organizations seeking to strengthen their resilience, compliance, and governance posture.

The successful executive will work closely with our senior consultants and practice leads to position the firm as the partner of choice for organizations navigating complex regulatory and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors (private enterprise, public sector, all industries).
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature as of his/her areas of responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and C-suite clients stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to articulate the value of our services
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales company team to adjust marketing & sales strategy & tactics
  • Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and seminars
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategy
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline reporting


Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Required background & competences:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in consulting, professional services, or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to sell complex, intangible services to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Existing network within the Greek corporate or public sector landscape will be highly considered

Preferred:

  • Experience with project-based consulting engagements
