We are looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team and bring consistency, creativity, and a genuine love for food to every plate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes according to the hotel's quality and presentation standards
• Organize daily food preparation and ensure the smooth operation of the assigned kitchen section
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and established preparation procedures
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
• Monitor ingredient quality, minimize food waste, and handle kitchen supplies responsibly
• Contribute to a positive team environment, especially during busy service periods

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cook A’ or in a similar position within a hotel or professional restaurant kitchen
• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate with a team
• A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for gastronomy
• Good command of English will be considered an asset
