Customer Service Specialist

A global agricultural technology company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team.

*6 month contract

As a Customer Service Specialist your main responsibilities will be:

• Manage end-to-end customer orders in SAP for retail clients within Greece, ensuring strict adherence to established commercial policies.
• Coordinate logistics and shipments with the Supply team, including product returns, free-of-charge samples, and investigating delivery delays.
• Drive process improvements by collaborating with data engineers to build analytics models and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Oversee financial administrative tasks, such as managing customer credits, Year-End Rebates (YER), and pricelist updates, while excluding direct invoicing duties.
• Resolve operational issues by creating and tracking system incidents and collaborating across all departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Enhance the customer experience by maintaining high data accuracy and providing professional support for retail-specific business needs.
• Act as a key liaison for sales inquiries, ensuring all technical product support requests are correctly routed to the relevant Sales Representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer service paperwork, quotations, and memos to ensure full compliance with company guidelines.

The ideal candidate for the position must have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.
• Mandatory proficiency in SAP.
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience above 2 years in Customer Service or Order Management, preferably within a corporate or retail-focused environment.
