H Hotels Collection | Social Media Coordinator

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the social media presence of all hotels within the portfolio, as well as the corporate account. Acting as the key liaison between the company and the external digital agency, this role ensures that content, communication and collaborations align with the overall brand strategy and business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

•  Managing and overseeing all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.) for all hotels and  the corporate brand
•  Reviewing, monitoring and providing structured feedback on the monthly content calendars prepared by the agency
•  Liaising on a weekly basis with the digital agency to guide calendar creation, align on trends and optimize performance
•  Ensuring brand consistency and high-quality storytelling across all digital channels
• Visiting hotels to capture supporting photo and video content for social media use
•  Creating trend-driven video content (Reels, TikToks and short-form videos) aligned with platform dynamics
• Organizing and coordinating content productions, including planning, scheduling and on-site supervision
• Travelling when required to the Athens property or abroad for content creation and collaborations
•  Managing daily community engagement by responding to messages, comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Actively interacting with followers to strengthen brand loyalty and online presence
• Coordinating co-marketing activities, preparing clear briefs for partners and monitoring agreement fulfilment
•  Identifying, approaching and evaluating influencers, content creators and media partners
• Coordinating hosting experiences to increase brand exposure and publicity
• Preparing compelling monthly and campaign-based performance reports, tracking KPIs and proposing optimization actions
• Supporting the wider marketing team by assisting with projects or tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration

Skills and Experience:

•  Proven experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, travel or lifestyle
•  Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creativity, analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple brands
• Experience with video content creation and editing tools is a plus
• Team player who works closely with the wider marketing team
