We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 10:30-19:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Register and maintain packing lists correctly
- Systematic photo registration and filing
- Handling of VGM (Verified Gross Mass) and SI (Shipping Instructions)
- Communicate shipment and order details to suppliers
- Prepare and follow up on transport orders
- Support in closing shipments and clearances
- Coordinating with forwarders/customs agents of customs procedures and required documents
- Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Logistics or Business Administration, or any other related field
- Experience in a similar position, purchases or shipping industry
- Excellent knowledge of English, proficient level is necessary
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Customer-centric approach
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
