Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Monitors compliance and develops quality systems based on the needs of the company
• Actively participates in customer service 
• Participates in internal and external inspections and prepares the relevant reports
• Actively collaborates with all departments of the company to achieve the company's goals and produce safe and quality products in accordance with the specifications
• Organizes and implements employee education and training in collaboration with the Human Resources department
• Manages problems that arise during the production process and are related to the safety and quality of the products produced

The suitable candidate for the position of Quality Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Agriculture / Chemical Engineering / Food Technology or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a responsible position in a Quality Management or Quality Control department in the Food Industry
• Good knowledge and fluency in the English language
• Excellent computer skills (Ms Office / ERP)
• Experience in quality control procedures and quality management systems (IFS, BRC)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Consistency & Teamwork
• Team management ability
• Emphasis on detail
