complete redesign, our brand-new Kēpos by Goco delivers an unparalleled sensory
experience combining a holistic approach to health with innovative technology.
Wellness rituals feature luxury brands 111SKIN and [comfort zone] as well as
bespoke fitness by BXR London, all delivered in a 2.500sqm tranquil sanctuary
with uninterrupted views across the bay.
Our
Therapists / Beauticians at Daios Cove provide professional and engaging
wellness therapies and massage treatments to our guests in a safe, discreet and
comfortable manner.
Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
In your department:
- Have
thorough knowledge and be able to perform wellness menu massages and body
treatments as per standards.
- Provide
individualized bodywork treatments that meet the guests' needs and
expectations.
- Obtain
the basic medical history for a guest, assess any problems or conditions, and
suggest appropriate therapy based on the current health of our guest.
- Make
sure treatment rooms always have enough supplies as per standards.
- Request
and log stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
- Set
up the treatment rooms as per standards.
- Provide
prompt, courteous, and accurate service to guests at all times.
- Maintain
cleanliness, safety, and hygiene of the Wellness and treatment rooms.
- Ensure
all equipment is well-maintained and in safe condition.
- Be
thoroughly familiar and able to recommend Wellness products and treatments, as
well as know pertinent hotel information.

Skills and qualifications to help you succeed:
- A
relevant degree as a Physiotherapist
- Prior
experience for at least one year in a Wellness Center of a Hotel or luxury Spa
- Displays
in-depth knowledge and understanding of some of the leading wellness
techniques, including the latest in wellness trends and technologies
- Experience
in the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Proven
ability to coordinate projects, meet tight deadlines on short notice, and
multi-task.
- A
strong sense of urgency and confidence.
Physical and Schedule Demands:
- This
position routinely requires standing, walking, holding/carrying,
pushing/pulling, climbing stairs/ladders.
- Must
be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per day, excluding breaks
- Must
be able to work under pressure with time deadlines during peak periods
- Weekend,
evening, and holiday availability required
