F&B Manager
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure timely and efficient service across various dining outlets, maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and experience.
•Oversee and manage shifts effectively to ensure a smooth and effective overall operation, by guiding colleagues on and by personally involving himself/herself in all aspects of the sequence of service.
•Collaborate with the Executive Chef and team on menu development, food quality, and presentation standards. Assist in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management for the F&B department.
•Provide leadership and training for F&B staff, ensuring high levels of engagement and professionalism.
•Handle guest feedback and complaints with a solutions-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
•Assure the back and front of house areas of the outlet are clean and tidy at all times.
