• Project Handover: Transition projects from the Account Manager and take full ownership through to final delivery.
• Technical Review: Study technical drawings, specifications, and application details prior to implementation.
• Coordination: Synchronize and monitor necessary tasks, including site marking and final shop drawings.
• Quality & Compliance: Verify that orders and materials align with the project’s technical requirements.
• Production Monitoring: Track factory production progress and coordinate loading schedules.
• Scheduling: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to the project timeline.
• Change Management: Manage modifications and additional works, evaluating both technical and financial impacts.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues during implementation in collaboration with departments and suppliers.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor the project’s budget against the approved offer.
• Final Delivery: Coordinate the handover and ensure high levels of client satisfaction, resolving any pending punch-list items. 

The ideal candidate for the project coordinator position should have:

• University degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Architecture) or Project Management.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in technical project management.
• Essential experience in Aluminum Frames, Glass Structures, or Partitioning Systems, will be considered as a plus.
• Excellent understanding of technical drawings and construction details.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and project management tools.
