Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for a Receptionist for the upcoming summer season 2025.
Key Responsibilities Receptionist
- Welcome and Assist Guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in/check-out process and offering excellent customer service throughout their stay.
- Provide Hotel Information: Offer guests detailed information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and amenities, ensuring they are informed and comfortable.
- Island and Local Recommendations: Provide guests with information about the island, including must-see attractions, local activities, tours, and dining options.
- Handle Guest Inquiries and Requests: Address any questions or special requests, such as arranging transportation, booking services, and resolving guest concerns.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Manage Billing & Payments: Process check-outs, payments, and guest accounts, ensuring all charges are correct and efficiently handled.
Key Responsibilities Night Auditor
- Welcome guests by providing a friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Answer telephone calls, handle complaints, arrivals, departures, and rest functions
- Provide information to guests in regard to the facilities, events, and services
- Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms
Requirements
- 1 year minimum experience as a Receptionist in a 4 or 5* Boutique Hotel
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism will be considered as an asset
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an asset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team work spirit
- Ability to multitask
