As a Customer Operations and Logistics Specialist your reponsibilities will be:
- Handle customer orders and oversee the entire order-taking process.
- Manage and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
- Coordinate effectively with 3PL partners.
- Execute and oversee EXW exports.
- Follow up on delivery performance and actively resolve any customer complaints.
- Manage SAP processes, including MIGO (goods movement) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Administer transfer prices, rebates, and tariffs.
- Maintain and update customer and material master data in the system.
- Prepare, organize, and manage audit documentation.
- Manage customer claims, tracking any related logistical issues and costs.
- Communicate proactively with all internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Issue invoices in strict compliance with Greek tax regulations.
- Maintain all required operational records.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports.
- Ensure full adherence to company procedures and QHSE standards.
