Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide Business Analysis strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and commercial priorities.
- Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable initiatives that drive revenue growth and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Business Analysis team, fostering analytical excellence and continuous capability building.
- Drive the selection and adoption of advanced analytics tools, data warehousing architectures, AI models, and BI platforms to enhance reporting and decision-making capabilities.
- Diagnose complex business problems, identify root causes, and define clear, actionable project scopes.
- Promote innovation through the adoption of modern business analysis methodologies, AI-enabled solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance organizational performance.
