DIRIGO is a fast-growing company operating in the boutique hospitality, financial, and events management sector. We are dedicated to providing exceptional experiences to our clients and guests.

We are currently seeking a motivated candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients, providing them with timely and professional assistance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling email correspondence promptly and efficiently.

Providing exceptional customer service to clients at all times, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Assisting the Reservations and the Accounting Departments with various tasks, as needed.

 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Excellent command of the English language.

Strong communication skills and telephone manners.


Proficiency in PC literacy, including MS Office applications.


Customer-friendly attitude with a strong focus on delivering a positive experience.


Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


Reliable and dedicated work ethic, with the flexibility to work morning and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends, if required.
