Key Responsibilities as a Sourcer:

• Meet recruitment targets by designing and delivering sourcing strategies for niche, high-volume, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Utilize advanced tools and technology, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Pre-qualify candidates and deliver an excellent candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador from the first point of contact.
• Build and maintain engaged talent pools for current and future hiring needs by leveraging your professional network.
• Be a data-led storyteller, using market insights and recruitment metrics to influence stakeholders and optimize the search process.

The ideal candidate for this Sourcer position should have:

• University degree (a combination of HR and IT/Business studies is a strong advantage).
• Demonstrated experience in a Sourcing or Recruitment role, specifically with proactive headhunting.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) and experience working with an ATS (Workday is advantageous).
• Fluency in Greek and English (both verbal and written) with excellent communication skills.
