We are Auto365 and we are looking for a customer service-oriented Car Rental Agent to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
As a Car Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs, maintaining the rental fleet, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle for their needs
- Complete rental transactions using our computerized rental system
- Perform vehicle inspections and record any damages or issues
- Coordinate with other rental agents to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental office and fleet
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Uphold company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with computerized rental systems
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
