Fashion Designer

The Yellow Tag, is a growing Greek company providing trading and import services in the clothing sector. We are based in Metamorfosi, Attica in our new state-of-the art head offices. We are currently seeking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual on a full-time basis for the position:

Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, seeking design inspiration and select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
• Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to Clients.
• Create Tech packs/ Proto/Assort Corrections with guidance.

• Creating production sketches for development packages Illustrator/ Photoshop.
• Managing the design process from conception through to final Production.
• Selection of fabrics, embellishments, colors, or a style for each garment.
• Reviewing product to style and fit during presentation.
• Organization and monitoring of orders for fabrics and foreign materials.
• Organization/Monitoring and follow up of Production.
• Quality control of samples and Production.
• CAD / Design with supervision- Line plan updates
• Organization/ managing samples, submits organized, filing working documents.
• Attend fittings / Responsible for Bom/sketch updates post fitting, and photo.
• Approval comments created for review with manager.
• Daily communication with Cross functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in design or fine arts, or college degree in fashion design or related field.
• At least 3 years’ of design experience.
• Fluency in office applications
• Availability to travel for research and product development.
• Excellent design and conceptual skills.
• Excellent sense of style and color.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Fluency in Greek & English.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high quality standards.
• Strong artistic skills, including the ability to create visually appealing designs that are both creative and technically proficient.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with other designers and co-workers.
• Attention to detail, including the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality.
