Marine Decking is expanding its presence in Northern Greece and is seeking a motivated, technically oriented Partnering Marine Decking Sales & Installation Representative to support and grow our customer base in the Katerini - Thessaloniki - Kavala - Alexandroupoli coastal region. This flexible, field‑based role combines sales, customer consultation, measurements, and installation work.
About the Product
We provide premium marine decking made from advanced closed‑cell foam, offering excellent UV resistance, minimal water absorption, and long‑term durability in marine environments. Our decking is used on boats, yachts, RIBs, and various marine applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer communication — responding to quotation requests and consulting potential clients
- Product presentation — showing product samples and explaining material benefits
- Active customer outreach — visiting marinas, boat repair yards, boat building companies, and individual boat owners to identify new opportunities
- On‑site measurements — taking accurate measurements on boats for decking layouts
- Installations — performing or supervising the installation of marine decking
- Client relationship management — maintaining long‑term professional relationships with customers and industry partners
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Technical mindset and willingness to learn marine decking installation
- Interest in boats, yachts, and the marine industry
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong English language skills
- Practical/handy skills for installation work (training provided)
