Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Management
🔍 Oversee the full recruitment cycle: attraction, evaluation, and selection
📝 Prepare and post job ads on various platforms
🤝 Collaborate with public & private employment agencies
📄 Screen resumes, conduct interviews, prepare job offers
📑 Handle hiring, termination, and resignation procedures
👋 Manage the onboarding process for new employees
📂 Create and maintain personnel files
HR Administration
📘 Document and improve HR policies & procedures
🕒 Manage leaves, overtime, and attendance
💼 Handle subsidized employment programs
🎓 Organize employee training programs (safe driving, operations, productivity, communication, customer service)
🏆 Develop employee reward & recognition initiatives
🦺 Monitor workplace health & safety compliance
Collaboration & Advisory Role
🧠 Work closely with General Management on recruitment planning
💬 Act as advisor and point of contact for new employees
Required Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
📌 Proven experience in a similar HR role
🧪 Experience in recruitment, evaluation & selection
⚖️ Solid knowledge of Greek labor legislation
🛡 Familiarity with health & safety regulations
🏛 Excellent communication with public authorities (OAED, EFKA, etc.)
🌐 Strong command of English; proficiency in MS Office
