Barmen /Barwomen

Mileo Mykonos is a 5- star luxury hotel located at Kalo Livadi. Our property consists of 25 suites, and we seek to offer our guests a unique experience during their stay in Mykonos. For the upcoming summer season 2026 we are looking for a Barmen/Barwomen to join our team.

About the role:

You will be part of our bar team preparing drinks/orders & serving drinks to our guests, taking care of the breakfast buffet and room service orders.

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Barmen/Barwomen or in a similar position

Experience of working in a luxury hotel (4-star/5-star)

Good knowledge of English language. Additional languages will be considered a plus

Patience and flexibility towards demanding circumstances with guests

Good communications skills

Ability to make each guest feel unique, welcomed, and generally feel like ‘home’

Customer-service experience

Motivated and able to work in a team

Professional appearance & work attitude

New staff accommodation located at the hotel with common big kitchen, wash machines, TV and free Wi-Fi
