The ACROGIALI BEACH HOTEL, THE GEORGE HOTEL, and NUCA MYKONOS HOTEL group is seeking Front Desk / Receptionist professionals to join our team for the upcoming tourist season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and providing excellent customer service
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling reservations and guest inquiries
- Coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
- Managing phone calls, emails, and front desk operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Very good command of the English language (additional languages are a plus)
- Good knowledge of PC systems and hotel management software
- Professional appearance, organizational skills, and team spirit
