Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process end-to-end
Handle customer payment accounts and records
Oversee and process customer orders
Monitor and evaluate customer cash flow
Act as the main point of contact (focal point) for assigned clients
Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries and issues
