Περιγραφή

INGROUP is seeking a Customer Care Representative on behalf of a leading multinational company, to join the Customer Care department.

Location: Northern Suburbs, Athens | Hybrid Model

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Manage the Order to Cash (O2C) process end-to-end

Handle customer payment accounts and records

Oversee and process customer orders

Monitor and evaluate customer cash flow

Act as the main point of contact (focal point) for assigned clients

Provide solutions and support to customer inquiries and issues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to solve problems efficiently

Comfortable working with numbers and financial data

Bachelor’s degree (University or TEI)

Fluent English (both written and spoken – all communication is in English)

Proficiency in MS Office

Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset

Previous experience in sales will be considered a plus

Competitive salary package

Fixed-term contract until the end of December, with possibility of renewal

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 17:30

Hybrid working model (2 days remote work after onboarding)
